A-02-01 - Aluminium window system (Inward opening side-hung window)
Thermally broken aluminium side‑hung, inward‑opening window system supplied either as stand‑alone frames or as factory‑prepared inserts for curtain‑wall grids. Structural‑grade extrusions finished PPC or anodised in the architect’s selected colour. The range accommodates all sash operating modes, spandrel panels, louvres and ancillary façade elements. For each elevation the system is engineered to satisfy the specified thermal, acoustic and structural criteria; materials located in spandrel zones must achieve a minimum Euroclass A2‑s1,d0 to BS EN 13501‑1, excluding thermal breaks and similar exemptions. Unless forming part of a fully tested window assembly, visible and concealed materials shall achieve Euroclass A2‑s1,d0 to BS EN 13501‑1. Y-01-01 - Holes for drainage and ventilation
Perforations in horizontal façade elements such as window‑head reveals, soffits and sill flashings to provide drainage and ventilation. Hole geometry is optional but must allow a 6 mm diameter sphere to pass so that surface tension does not impede water egress or airflow. Perforation layout and detailing to comply with the façade Performance Specification. Tenderers to submit perforation drawings and calculations for approval.
Z-01-01 - Concrete slab
In‑situ reinforced concrete slab forming part of the primary structural frame. Concrete grade, thickness, durability class and reinforcement specification to the structural engineer’s design. Tenderers to provide concrete mix data, test certificates and DoP. Construction‑stage information to be supplied by the façade specialist for perimeter coordination, subject to approval.
