Unitised Curtain Walling with Precast and Traditional Masonry Piers

This course is on the unitised curtain walling with independent precast and traditional masonry piers. The solid wall areas are covered in curtain walling with glazed-in insulating panels and aluminium feature piers. The building has a monumental outlook and decorative curtain walling recesses. The unique appearance of the façade was achieved with all standard systems. Detail drawings, videos, and models explain buildability, performance, compliance, as well as the assembly-specific aspects, such as opaque curtain walling areas and fire safety.
