Part 1. Mid-Rise Precast Façade with masonry outlook

The first part focuses on a precast concrete façade in form of precast columns and beams with brickslip veneers. Once the precast panels are installed, full-height curtain wall windows are fitted on-site. This approach enables faster project completion and reduces the need for extensive external access.
