Part 1. Mid-Rise Precast Façade with masonry outlook

The first part focuses on a precast concrete façade in form of precast columns and beams with brickslip veneers. Once the precast panels are installed, full-height curtain wall windows are fitted on-site. This approach enables faster project completion and reduces the need for extensive external access.

Part 2. Mid-Rise Rainscreen Façade with masonry outlook

The second part focuses on conventional rainscreen cladding with an outer layer of brick veneers. The building has a high-performance, enhanced by curtain wall windows and decorative brick slip protrusions for a refined aesthetic.
